What is The Little Bear Box?

The Little Bear Box is a subscription box service that offers high-quality children's and toddler toys that encourage learning, curiosity, and creativity. Each box is carefully picked by child development experts and contains a variety of toys appropriate for children of various ages.

What is included in each box?

We understand that every child is unique and has different developmental needs. As a result, we provide two box alternatives to meet the needs of your family. Our $60 box contains 4-6 carefully selected toys, while our $40 box has 3-4 toys. Both boxes contain toys, books, and activities that encourage cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development.

How often will I receive a box?

We strive to make our subscription service as convenient and flexible as possible. Depending on what works best for you, you can receive a box monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or as a one-time purchase. We also recognize that circumstances can change and that you may need to modify your membership. That's why we allow you to skip months, change subscription plans, or cancel your subscription at any time. We want our service to meet your demands and make parenting easy for you.

Can I choose what's in my box?

Customization is not currently available for our subscription boxes. Our team, on the other hand, chooses each toy with care based on its educational value, quality, and enjoyment aspects. You may rest assured that our boxes are designed to keep your child entertained and interested.

Are the toys safe and environmentally friendly?

Yes, all of the toys in The Little Bear Box have been carefully selected to ensure that they are safe for children and, where possible, are created from eco-friendly materials. Our team closely monitors any recalls or safety concerns concerning the toys we feature, and we only feature toys from trustworthy manufacturers.

How much does a subscription cost?

We provide subscription boxes through The Little Bear Box at various price points, depending on your desired plan. You should anticipate paying different amounts for each box, depending on the package you choose. Our monthly subscription boxes, for example, are available for $55 and $35, respectively. If you're looking for a one-time purchase, we have two options: one box for $60 and another for $40.

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of your initial purchase and will ship in 1-2 business days after the order is processed. For subscription box orders, your order will be processed and shipped at the same time each month a box is scheduled for delivery. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your box has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been processed?

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you to the best of our ability.

Will I still be charged if I cancel my subscription after it has been processed?

Should you cancel your subscription after it has been processed, you will still be charged for that month's box and receive the box, and your cancellation will take effect the following month. However, if you cancel your subscription before it is processed, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for that month's box.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will contain information about your shipment, including a tracking number for your package. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and prepare for its arrival.

What if I don't receive my order after it has been shipped?

If your order has been shipped but you haven't received it within the estimated delivery time, there may be a few reasons why. First, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email or account page to see if there are any updates or issues with the delivery. Packages can be delayed due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
